Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please don't forget to attach your log file when you contact us, as it helps identify the issue easier.

From the information you gave, it is likely that your second monitor is connected to your integrated GPU. You can take a look here for possible solutions: https://docs.substance3d.com/spdoc/substance-painter-doesn-t-start-on-the-right-gpu-182266570.html

I set it after seeing the URL you gave me, but it was the same.

Because it is a note PC, the second monitor (xp-pen) may be what do not use NvidiaGPU.

Attach the log

It started when I used only the second monitor.

Version: 6.1.1 did the same.
Freeze in this state.
Stops when you restart on a monitor that is not the booted monitor.

Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You may need to force Painter to start on the correct GPU if you are not using your primary monitor. Could you please take a look here: https://docs.substance3d.com/spdoc/substance-painter-doesn-t-start-on-the-right-gpu-182266570.html ?
