Substance Launcher keeps aborting install

Hi,
I am trying to install trial version of substance designer. The Substance Launcher Setup keeps aborting the installation. This is the message I get:
'Installation Aborted' 'Setup was not completed successfully'. I tried to restart my laptop and I get the same error. I also tried to change the location of my download and no avail.
I am using a Windows computer.

Please let me know what I can do about this.

Never mind. It was because I had to remove the older version of substance launcher on my laptop.
