Author Topic: (SOLVED) Normal Map not baking properly  (Read 543 times)


I have a slight problem with baking my HP to my LP. Some of the details just refuse to come through or only come through partially. I have tried different settings, splitting the mesh and baking by name all the standard things. I have overlapped my meshes and made sure they are the same in terms of shape.

I would appreciate if someone can have a look and tell me what I am doing wrong.

EDIT: I triangulated the High Poly and the details came through. After going through the error log I noticed substance complaining about not being able to triangulate some polygons.
