Hello everyone,

I make my models in 3Ds max 2020 and when I export my FBX to substance it's normals get all messed up and flipped. When I export it as an OBJ it works fine, what am I doing wrong ?

Usually 3D modeling application can display meshes two-sided, which is not the case of Substance Painter by default. You will have to fix your geometry and re-export it.
Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
