Blue screen of death

When I opened substance for the very first time a window popped up that said that I need to change my TDR with simple instructions.
I followed the instructions and restarted my computer. Now I only get the blue screen of death and none of the options that windows supply work.

Please help, just bought this new computer.

Are you saying the same computer you changed the registry on you cannot boot up anymore without a blue screen of death? Or can you boot up but every-time you run Painter it gives you the BSOD?

We don't provide support for Windows itself, you will have to troubleshoot the problem yourself.
