I just started using Unity and followed the official tutorials as well as some unofficial ones to get the LiveLink working between Unity and Painter with no luck. Painter confirms that the dcc-live-link plugin is installed, and I have added the current Substance in Unity addon from the asset store to my project, which adds a Substance folder my project assets, but no matter what I do the "Send to substance painter" option is not there when clicking on an imported mesh in either the heierarchy nor the asset manager. I made sure my materials were set to external. I followed every tutorial and double checked every setting. The one thing I noticed is in older videos from 2018 when the asset was installed into Unity one of the parts of it was actually called LiveLink. When I download it now for Unity 2019 there is nothing the package called LiveLink. It allowed me to access Substance Source and drag and drop materials, but not live paint which is what I am really trying to achieve. Has this been disabled for some reason or am I missing something really dumb? TYIA!
