Where's the second screenshot from?
It appears you're comparing different versions of Designer. As of 2019.1, plugins don't work the same way.

Thanks for letting me know, I was comparing it to a video tutorial. I can now get my plugins to work.

How do you solve it tho? I try to run the "initializeSDPlugin()" script on the document but it's not working.
