Run script on startup

Hello!
I have a small question. Is there any way to run a python script automatically after starting SD. For example to add a custom menu? Are there any "startup" scripts, like Maya's "userSetup", or can I plug it in some env-var or cmd-line?

Depending on the version you have

You can set an envrionment variable 'SBS_DESIGNER_PYTHON_PATH' to point to a script, and to add UI elements you can refer to this:
