I have gone through the documentation, implemented it and have achieved some success in getting a texture from Substance Painter into Maya.  However, I cannot seem to find documentation on getting thickness value for sub surface scattering out of painter and into Maya, nor height to displacement. So anyone know of current, updated docs or a tutorial which covers these issues?

Sub surface scattering is different for every app and renderer so there is no easy way to export it from Painter to other apps, you will likely need to do that setup again in Maya interdependently depending on your renderer of choice.
