undefined symbol: FT_Get_Font_Format on Centos 7.4 for SP 2019.3.X

Hi Substance,

We've been getting this error when trying to run versions of 2019.3.0/1/2 on Centos 7.4

libQt5XcbQpa.so.5: undefined symbol: FT_Get_Font_Format

Most of our staff work on Centos 7.4. Is this something that can be addressed? Has it been fixed for Centos 7.6?
