Author Topic: Can I switch rendering engines in Painter?  (Read 77 times)

The default engine for Substance apps seems to be OpenGL. Because of a bug, I'm forced to use SSE2. I know how to switch engines in Designer and in Player, but not in Painter. I'm new to the Substance suite. Please help me.

It's not possible, Substance Painter relies entirely on the GPU. There is no CPU engine.
Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
