Substance Source downloaded file error

I downloaded Ground > Mixed Square Pavement from Substance Surece and an error appears when I want to upload a file to UE4. I tried to import a file from folder and using plugin. Unfortunately, it looks like the file was damaged. Can I get the file by email or get asset points back?
