Author Topic: Baking udims in substance painter 2020  (Read 369 times)

Hey, I am trying to bake with udims in the new substance painter release. But I struggle to find resources/documentation on the baking process. When I bake, it only bakes the first udim tile correctly, while the other ones are distorted, or I am guessing copied from the first udim tile.

Anyone have documentation, or ideas. Probably an easy fix that I've avoided.  Cheers!

Edit: I receive these errors as well in my LOG
[Scene 3D] OBJ: unexpected illumination model (0-2 recognized)
[Scene 3D] Skipping one or more lines with the same contents
[Scene 3D] Errors have been found while splitting meshes per UV tile:
Mesh 'default' UV coordinates are missing.

Did you make sure to check the Create a Texture set per UDIM tile option? Also, did you make sure none of your UV parts overlap, even very slightly from one tile to the other or touch the side of the UV quadrant?
