Author Topic: Continuous stroke issue with Wacom AES pen on Lenovo P52  (Read 642 times)

Hello developers,

I have a very serious issue with Substance Painter and my new Lenovo P52 with Wacom Active Pen Digitizer.

Whenever I draw a stroke it doesn't register the pressure and the pen keeps on drawing even when I lift it from the screen. I then have to tap the screen mulitple times to stop the pen from drawing. When I then try to paint again after getting rid of the endless stroke it doesn't register the pen at all. In other drawing software like Photoshop or Sketchbook this problem doesn't exist.

I have tried multiple versions of the Wacom Feel Driver with no luck.

I hope you can help me out since I want to use the machine to work.

The specs are an i7 8750H, 16Gb Ram, Quadro P1000 with a 4K screen. The Pen is the Lenovo Active Pen 2.

Thank you for any help.

Greetings

I replied in Salad's thread but here is the video again to showcase my problem:

Bumping this in hope there is some help. I really want to use Substance Painter with my AES pen.

Is anyone here that could assist with that problem? Please  :-\

We are looking into it with our partners at Wacom.

As far as I can see, this has been the only response for the issue since then:
