I don't know how to drive my glossy channel with curvature map created from a height map (like grunge texture) that loaded on a fill layer

Put your map into the roughness channel of the fill.

that's not the curvature map of the map that drives the height channel
that's simply use the map that drives the height channel
i need the curvature info from that height (i guess before that the height map needs a tangent normal conversion to get a proper curvature mask)
