I have been on the monthly $19.95 Indie license for a few years. I recently took advantage of the $149 offer and now I show two licenses. Will they be the same license (billing wise) or do I now have two licenses?

If I do have two licenses (and only need one) and cancel the monthly charge license will it also cancel my yearly subscription?

Sounds like you just purchased a second subscription - and now effectively have 2 separate licenses. If you only need one cancel the older subscription. Best yet contact them here: contact@substance3d.com and let them help you sort it out.
