Transform, add filters, etc to grouped layers and warp transform on 2D View.

Hi there.

Sorry, I made this feature request on Designer but is a Painter request.

It would be cool to be able to have more options to manipulate grouped layers. Also I found many times wishing to have transformation or deformation options at the 2D level like the warp transform option in photoshop.
