Hello, so i have been searching for to solve this, my steam account is public and it has been few days i am still having this message "Steam Could not find any product to sync"

please help me.

Can you check if your Inventory is set to public as well?

Hello, yes it is public i checked. Public settings

Also substance painter is not in my inventory, its in my library atm in steam.

I opened my substance painter on steam then clicked sync and it worked.

I can't get it to find a product to sync, despite SP being opened through Steam and all set to public, embarrassing as that may be.
