Author Topic: Baking presets?  (Read 1856 times)

Pretty much every time I bake in Substance I have to uncheck Normal, ID, and Thickness. Is there a way to make baking presets so baking doesn't require three extra mouse clicks every time I do it?

You can create templates from projects, which include the scene setup (lighting) but also the baking settings. Configure a project as you want, then choose "File > Save As Template". Next time you create a new project you will be able to find the template in the dropdown at the top of the window.

Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
