Modifying the Mask Borders

Hello, folks! A quick question: how to modify the borders of the custom mask?
(see the attachments) for instance, I drew a mask and I want to distort its borders PROCEDURALLY
I haven't found a one-click solution that's why... does anyone have any idea of how to do it?

Have you tried to apply a warp effect with custom noise to the mask?
