Hi - I'm about to ramp up my use of Substance material presets and am wondering if there's an automated way / quick way of outputting all of my substance presets so that they're ready to go in Redshift for C4D?

Yes.  Use the Redshift Metal Roughness preset - I can't recall if it comes preinstalled.  I may have had to download it somewhere.  I think a Google search will find it for you.
