Flip V-H SVG elements

Is there a way i can flip vertical/horizontal elements on svg file?

Have you tried using a transform 2D and applying -100% on width?

I know about the transform node but it's not good here since i'm trying to save
performance as much as i can.
this is a really necessary feature in the SVG tool.
for example i want to draw eyebrow on svg and then copy paste it then mirror it.
so simple and so necessary.
