Good Day,

I am facing this issue .. i created normal cube in blender without any changes in that cube.

i imported this cube into substance painted .. after baking the texture and export it .. it's not as i want

i dont now if it's normal or not

That looks perfectly normal.
Texture data outside of the UV shell will be stretched as it's irrelevant.

Have you viewed the default UV's for the cube?
They probably look something like this:

NevTD is right, that stretching is normal and is called Padding.
Basically it helps the texture look good even when mipmapped to a lower resolution.
