Author Topic: TileSampler: overlapping change?  (Read 214 times)

Greetings!
I would think my problem is as beginner typical as it can get, but for some reason no google or youtube searches came up with any solution to this so I hope somebody here could enlighten me.

My problem is how to tell Tile Sampler how to overlap the wanted pattern from input? I have these grass shapes I would like to distribute in a way that the sharp end is on top and the blunt end under the other shapes. So other way around as it currently is.

Thank you in advance!

You can invert the gradient inside the "Grass Simple" node.

Thank you so much! I was following a tutorial but they cut the part out where they fixed it and I never figured out you don't change it from the TS-node itself but form the input node. Cheers!
