Author Topic: HELP Substance Painter 2019 is not opening!  (Read 177 times)

 recently downloaded the newest version of Substance Painter 2019 and now it won't open. When I click on it, the logo appears but it crashes seconds after. I checked to be sure if it had anything to do with my RAM and I'm at 16GB (even though it says 15.9 is usable) so I think I'm fine. I also checked if my driver was up to date and it is.  Here's what the LOG said after I tried opening the app:

As the log file mention (please attach a file next time) you are running on your integrated GPU. Substance Painter needs to run on your dedicated GPU to work properly. See these pages for more information :

Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
