When i first exported my textures, i noticed it wasnt there, so i added it myself. Its still not in the export screen. Not in PBR SpecGloss or Unity 5 (Standard Specular). I've baked it a few times already and it still doesnt show. Any ideas?

How did you add it? If you did, it would appear in the list. Post a screenshot of the Configuration window please.

Show where? Are you talking about baking, or exporting the maps?

There are no images in that link you have posted btw, or you need to be logged in in order to see them.

When i say "it doesnt show" i mean in the export window. And i added it by going to Texture Set Settings, clicking the + next to channels and added it.

Adding an AO channel to the TextureSet does not add an AO map to the exported maps list.

You need to use the 'Export Document' window (CTRL-SHIFT-E -> CONFIGURATION tab) to define which maps you want to export, and add a new AO output map (to either an existing preset, or create a new export preset altogether).
