R21 Invalid Asset File

I just purchased an account to use a specific material and I get this error. What can I do?

I tried my backup material and it loads, but looks pretty mediocre moving it to Redshift and adjusting what maps get used.

Unrelatedly, but how do you access the presets displayed?

This won't load:
