Author Topic: Trial crashes after importing mesh  (Read 1422 times)

Hi, i installed the trial version yesterday, just because Substance Painter looks really amazing. But after selcting a mesh and clicking "ok" on a "new project" tab, soft loads my mesh and then instantly crashes do desktop. It happens every time, i tried various file formats, and still nothing. I have Geforce GTX 650 and 6 gigs of ram. I've also installed the trial on a laptop with integrated nvidia GPU, and it worked just fine. Any idea?
I'm working on win7 64bit, all drivers up to date.

So... is the trial version not worth attention of the staff?

Could you attach your log file? It's located in: C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Allegorithmic\Substance Painter

This is what i got while loading the Hans sample - it crashes right away after start. When i delete Hans, Painter loads normally, but crashes instantlly after creating new scene with another mesh.
