Unity Plugin: Substance .SourceCache Files

Hello,

Are there any details on the .SourceCache files?

For example:
- May they be deleted?
- Should they be included or excluded from source control?
- Any other context?

An official answer would be helpful.

I assumed they were not needed for source control, and ignored them. So far, this has not caused any trouble with our project.
