Is it legal to sell glslfx shader that I created in Substance Designer if this uses some common libraries (like pbr_ibl in the common folder)? Thank you so much!

As indicated in the header of each glsl files, these source files are distributed under the BSD 3 clause license which states :

So, yes, it is legal to for you to sell your own shaders that would call functions from the common libraries, provided you respects the three conditions above.

However, it is not possible to sell assets on Substance Share.
