Author Topic: Substance painter keep crashing  (Read 1062 times)

Hello,

A few month ago my student license went down. I renewed it this week and tried to reopen my old project with the new version of Painter. It seem to load just fine, but as soon as I start exporting textures or rebaking textures set at > 2K resolution it crash.

Any idea why ?

Painter 2019.1.2
Nvidia 2080TI 11gb (Driver 411.63)
32GB ram

Do you have a crash report window when you restart the application after it crashed ? If so, did you send a crash report ?

Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.

I do have a crash report each time.
I didn't send it all 40 times it happened but I'm pretty sure I've send it at least once.
I'll trigger it again this evening just in case.
