Author Topic: None square textures 1024x4096 for SpeedTree barks  (Read 899 times)

Speedtree barks have ratio of 1 to 4, how can i import a texture 1024x4096 and generate the texture maps at the same resolution? And how can i use it in inspire tab to get different variations at 1024x4096?

I could be wrong but I the exports are always square, however you may be able to use the crop filter, apply your xW and yH and do it that way.
You may be left with having to crop the exports after though, make a Photoshop action for that if it applies.

Yeah currently alchemist is designed to work only for squares with powers-of-two-pixels wide.  No plans yet to improve that in the near future.
