Wanted Perpetual License, charged full subscription after 12 months (Indie)

Hi,

I paid for a year of Substance last year and today was my last day. I was charged around $250 automatically. I instead wanted to pay $49 and get a perpetual license. I got the perpetual license but would like to cancel the automatic charge to my card.

Does anyone with experience or knowledge about acquiring a perpetual license let me know if there's an easy way to do this?
