Author Topic: Using scans to make rectangular textures  (Read 590 times)

I'm on a beginners level, so bear with me. I have photographed a material, following the "Your Smartphone is a material scanner". I used a dslr camera though... The material has a pattern that does not tile in a square, but in a rectangular shape. Is there a way to dynamically change the output ratio, when cropping with the Smart Auto Tile? As it is now, when I crop using this node, the texture does tile in a square but it is distorted in one direction.
