Author Topic: Applying generator to imported "bitmap"  (Read 191 times)

Hi folks, SP newbie here, so brace yourselves for a stupid question...

I have imported a psd image and applied it as the base colour in a fill layer.  I have a wood material under that.  What I would like to do is apply an edge wear generator to the top layer to show the wood underneath.

So far, this has been working perfectly when using just a normal paint layer, but it won't work in this case.  What am I doing wrong?
