Put yourself in the position of someone who has no idea about what you are doing, what steps you have taken. He doesn't see what you see in your viewport, or in your layer stack.
Read your posting again, read your detailed description of the actual problem ('doesn't do it'), and reflect a moment about the possibilities of that really being enough information for anyone to be able to help you in any way.
