Author Topic: Displacement / Height information not exporting  (Read 2042 times)

Hi all, I'm struggling getting getting displacement / height information I create in Alchemist to export correctly. When I export and then import the .sbsar into Player or UE4 I lose all of the height / noise from displacement; the texture is just flat.

Am I missing something obvious? Anyone else have experience with this?


All displacement information are in the height map. We don't export the displacement amplitude value.
If you want the same amplitude, you have to adjust the displacement scale on Substance Player.

Im having the same issue where the height map doesn't export for some materials, it exports for some materials but not others, even though im using the same base SBS files :-\
