I just smooth my mesh in maya  then import in substance painter,and somethigh strange happened.

I don't know how to tell this so I just leave the image,would this cause problem on texture?how to fix it?

Can you provide your high and low poly mesh?

Make sure your normals are facing outwards and apply a Reset Xform modifier to your mesh to reset your transforms.

Thanks~problem solved,I just forgot to freeze transforms,but why this happend if I didn't freeze it?
