Author Topic: Stroke opacity = RGB Intensity ? Smooth Colours like in Zbrush?  (Read 214 times)

Hello!

I have 2 questions about colour.

1.)In Zbrush often i smooth colours, with SHIFT to blende them a litte. Is there something in Subtance Painter what makes that to?

2.) Is the Stroke opacity, the RGB Intensity in Zbrush?

Greetings

1) You can give a try at the smudge tool or the blur tool in the shelf, you should be able to get a similar result.

2) I'm not 100% but it could be. let me explain how the flow and opacity work in Substance Painter :
- Flow : controls the opacity for each individual element inside a brush stroke (can follow pen pressure)
- Opacity : controls the global/maximum opacity of a brush stroke
Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
