No Source Downloads

Hi,

Ive still not got any downloads for January. My subscription was updated on the 6th January. I was told that Allegorithmic has changed to a new system for source downloads and that it would now be available on the 12th January, but still no downloads.

I have sent an email again but as of yet no replies.So what gives.
