Author Topic: Unreal Engine 4 "unsupported on platform android" error  (Read 3643 times)

Hi

I have tried to do an android build of a project in Unreal Engine 4.2.1 and even though on the Unreal Marketplace it shows substance is supported on Android I keep getting an "unsupported on platform android" error when doing a build. Is there any way around it at all? I really need it to work on mobile for the project to be completed as well as for future builds in the pipeline.

Hi,

I'm sorry but we do not yet support mobile builds with the plugin. Mobile is listed on the plugin page and this is a mistake. I'm sorry for this confusion. We are working on texture baking so the outputs from the substance plugin will work on mobile.
