Author Topic: No mesh in Viewport  (Read 1032 times)

I tried switching to the Orthographic view in Substance Painter, but for some reason my mesh has completely disappeared.

Switching back to Perspective view did nothing.
Pressing the F key does nothing.
Re-importing my mesh did nothing.
Closing Substance Painter and reopening my file does nothing.

Has anyone experienced this before?
If you have any advice on how to fix this, I'd really appreciate the help.

Thanks

Please post a log file (Help -> Support -> Export log). Also make sure you are editing your registry: https://support.allegorithmic.com/documentation/spdoc/gpu-drivers-crash-with-long-computations-128745489.html

This is known issue, we have a fix for it which should be available in our next hotfix.
The only workaround meanwhile is to save your texturing as Smart Materials and recreate a project.
Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
