Current indie promo and SAT

Does the current indie promo with promo code (BF18-SUB) contain the Substance Automation Toolkit?
I'm interested in buying the license for personal use, but I absolutely need access to SAT.

The SAT is included with the Indie license, yes.

As a side note, I'm sure it would be helpful for other developers as well if the inclusion of SAT was mentioned under the licensing options.
