Hi,
I am trying to create a "legacy" shader substance, starting with the "standard" template
for the viewport, I picked the blinn.
but it looks wrong in the viewport:

The Blinn shader does not have lighting from the environment map, only "oldschool" mirror reflection, so only the point lights are used for lighting. In your case it looks like the point lights intensity is set to zero (or their color is black).

hey did you try to make right click/view outputs in 3d view?
check also the light settings to see if the lights are activated.

thanks!
setting the "lighting component" within Lights>settings to a different value than black did the trick
