Author Topic: Baking issues i've never encountered before  (Read 601 times)

Hey guys.

I'm coming to you with a problem i never had before.
If i bake my normal from a high poly mesh, the actual low poly wireframe seems to be projected into the bake in a really bad quality (see picture).

This seems also to be the case with the Position Map.

The whole .low object is one single smoothing group and has beveled edges for smoother normals. UV's are mirrored.
tangent space is calculated by Painter.

Using SP 2018 2.2

Playing with some of the settings in the baker doesn't change anything.

Any tips?
