I am trying to add end grain to a wooden beam - see attached. When I try to apply my stencil via projection painting, it won't cover the entire masked area. Further, the resolution is far too low to be of use. The "material" I am using consists of a diffuse, glossiness, and normal image with a 1024K resolution. I would appreciate some quick pointers as I'm on a deadline and don't want to have to take this into another app to complete. Thank you.
