XP-Pen Artist Display 22E Pro Pen Buttons

The Pen Barrel buttons on the XP-Pen Artist Display 22E Pro does not seem to work.
Such as the Right click button or if I set another button to a Middle Click it does not seem to work.
I check other product and people seem to have the same issue with Wacom Products (I am using XP-Pen Products).

It makes it a little difficult to navigate around.

I made a work around on the Express Keys Setting but still woud like the barrel buttons to work.

For example It for just navigating around the screen
K5 = Alt , K6= Ctrl + Alt , K7= Scroll Up and K8= Scroll Down
