Screen shots from Modo and Substance Painter. When importing into SP from modo as either a FBX or OBJ its screwing up my geometry. See images how can I rectify this?

Your polygons have tons of edges and it's likely that the triangulation happening in Substance Painter at import time is messing up your surface. Try triangulating your mesh in Modo before exporting and checking that the surface integrity is preserved.

Say no to ngons.  :)
