"No valid license available from this account" despite active license

Hi,

My substance painter indie license is shown as valid, but I still receive the error message "No valid license available from this account" when attempting to log in. I'm logging in with the correct account, and have made sure to download the program from the link indicated in the "My Licenses" section on your website.

Would appreciate any help.
