Does multiple identical nodes slow down rendering and use more memory? And if that so should i connect everything to one node or there is another solution?

Yes, each node is computed individually, so 2 exact same nodes will cost the double price.
We indeed encourage you to plug everything to a unique node rather than creating a new one (that's the power of nodal based software ;) )

Designer should start including node instancing, like Nuke's clonning a node. The node is exactly the same and both are connected.
That is must have feature.

Don't hesitate to share it on UserVoice: https://allegorithmic.uservoice.com/forums/257908-substance-designer ;)

Thanks for the answer :)
